Becoming a AYSO Coach is easy! No experience is required! We will teach you how based on the age level that you will be coaching. Many of our current coaches have started with no experience and have become some of our best coaches. If you plan to be at practice and you plan to be at the games? Then you have the time to become your child's coach! You must be AYSO certified in the age group you intend to coach. To be certified you must complete a volunteer form, attend a Safe Haven Course, and attend a age specific Coaching Course (U6,U8,U10, U12, Intermediate U14, Advanced U16-U19 ). If the region lacks enough certified coaches, there will not be enough coaches to coach all of our players and registration will be scaled back resulting in many players being turned away. You must first notify that Region that you plan to attend in advance. Our Courses usually go in late July or August. Check back for updates. All Coaches must complete a new volunteer application every year!!
